Challenges & responsibilities
As Research Community Consultant you are part of our international team focusing on the promotion & development of online research communities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and moderation of community projects within the Benelux market, working closely with the other Community Managers and Community Launch Managers across our offices.
Our research communities typically last for 3 weeks, 3 months or a year and contain between 50 and 150 enthusiastic members. You will manage between 2 and 3 communities at the same time. Your end goal is to bring the voice of these customers in your client’s board room & to help him to co-create with his customers.
Your main responsibilities
- Assisting in the configuration of the research design of each community based on client objectives
- Animating kick-off sessions with community members
- Maintaining the vibrancy of the community through stimulating discussion, responding thoughtfully to posts, and starting new discussions to get feedback on ideas or specific topics
- Undertaking appropriate action to maximize the community members’ happiness
- Conducting analyses based on the gathered market research data
- Co-designing insightful reports with advanced and actionable recommendations that support your clients in their strategic decision-making process
- Attending and participating in creative client workshops where, together with the client teams, you transform insights and recommendations into a concrete action plan
- As you’re getting familiar with the InSites way of working, you will gradually take ownership of the complete market research project
- You will be trained in developing commercial customer contacts and in due time you will develop and maintain a customer portfolio and get account management responsibility
Your added value
General requirements
- University degree (e.g. economics, communication or psychology) with at least a basic marketing knowledge
- First experience with (online) qualitative research techniques is a plus
- Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative market research data
- Having a flair for at least three of these languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and/or Portuguese
- Good skills in various areas of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint …). Knowledge graphical design tools (Photoshop …) is a plus
