GfK Significant based in Leuven (Belgium) focuses on marketing-oriented consultancy of a broad range of clients. Our scope includes the entire range of qualitative and quantitative ad hoc market research, i.e. pricing, communication, positioning, branding as well as all forms of strategic market research within product launches, concept testing, .... The Healthcare team wants to recruit a senior researcher with experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Activities combine both domestic and international studies.

Job profile:
As senior researcher in our division “Healthcare” you will primarily be working on Healthcare ad hoc studies.
Your specific tasks will comprise:
- Preparing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies:
- Fixing the aims of the study in close cooperation with the customer
- Preparing topic guides
- Issuing specifications for the field work
- Organizing and managing ad hoc studies to include result check (deadlines, field work, data contents).
- Preparing presentations from the study results for the customers, collaborating in counselling the customers.
Your profile:

As an outgoing individual with good communication skills you like to deal with complex questions and challenging, customized study designs. You think and act in a customer-oriented, analytical way.
You can offer the following qualifications:
- Degree in psychology or social science or bio-medicals with focus on marketing/market research or comparable qualifications.
- At least two years of prior working experience in Healthcare.
- Very good methodical skills in market research.
- Very good oral and written command of English and Dutch (or French).
- Good PC user skills (PowerPoint, Excel and SPSS).
- Specific interest for alternative data collection and social media.
