Our account management team, based in Brussels, is looking for a talented CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER consumer & innovation research .

Responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility over existing key accounts active in consumer & innovation sector (retail, fmcg,)
- You act as a marketing consultant towards our clients: you listen to the client’s needs; you design the research methodology; you translate the research results into strategic advise; you present and run workshops to help our clients implement our recommendations
- You promote our business solutions with respect to brand positioning, communication, customer retention, loyalty, commitment marketing etc...
- You build partnerships with our clients and attract new clients
- You can rely on our Project Management team, which is responsible for an accurate execution of the research surveys
Skills required:
- You have a proven track record of at least 4 years in marketing, communication services and/or account management; market research experience is an asset
- You have a commercial attitude and a influencing personality
- You are good at interpreting results and figures, and delivering conclusions and insight
- You have excellent presentation skills
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
