Our core business is offering statistical analysis, advice and training. We mainly work for the market research, automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industry.
Our baseline "what you don't see, is what you get" very well describes what we do. We help clients to get more out of their data, by using tools like data mining.

You will be in charge of managing data analysis projects. This will mainly involve using multivariate and data mining techniques. Visualising and translating the results in plain English is a very important part of the job.
Function description
- You manage projects which mainly consist of applying multivariate analysis techniques (regression modelling, segmentation analysis, forecasting, trade-off analysis, brand mapping, structural equation modelling, …)
- You decide which analysis techniques are most appropriate to answer specific clients’ questions
- You interpret and translate the results in “plain English”, i.e. in a language which can be easily understood by the client
- You visualize the results such that the pictures tell the story
- You check your work thoroughly as the results of our analysis are most often used as input to the client’s strategic plan
- You communicate directly with the client to get a project brief as well as to present/run through the results and to answer any question around the methodology
- You participate in further developing new methodologies and analysis approaches, as well as developing xls and web-enabled reporting tools
Your profile
- University degree
- Preferably, but not necessarily, 1-2 years worked as statistician or similar role
- Strong interest/experience in quantitative analysis methods, such as multivariate analysis and data mining methodologies
- A mathematical or statistical background is preferred, but not necessary
- Experience with at least one statistical package (e.g. SPSS, SAS, Statistica)
- Knowledge of VBA XLS and/or SQL is preferred
- Good IT skills
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch
- Self-confident and enthusiastic personality who can work both in a team as well as independently
