1. Description of the function
Mission:
You will set up and manage end-to-end projects for clients and advise them on the basis of relevant, heavy-weight analyses and measures. As a Project Manager, you will manage a team of analysts and maintain excellent relationships with various partners.
You will manage and develop a portfolio of clients and be responsible for business development by attracting new clients.
Your skills and experience in market research will enable you to improve and develop methodologies and analysis models and reporting in order to respond to our clients' specific needs.
You will gradually develop your management skills and, over an agreed period, take on management responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to develop activities in a new office.
2. Profile of the candidate:
Qualifications :
- You have at least 5 years experience in market research;
- You have a degree in economics, business administration or marketing, or are a business engineer, statistician or equivalent;
- You have a passion for creative analysis;
- You love adding value to your business partners;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Personal skills:
- You are completely bilingual in Dutch and French plus you have a good command of English;
- You are pragmatic, and a persuasive and dynamic communicator at all levels;
- You are a team player with good leadership qualities;
- You are happy managing several projects at the same time, juggling priorities and delivering against tight deadlines;
- You are able to develop and build on contacts with your prospects, clients and partners;
- You are results-oriented and have already demonstrated that you are capable of achieving objectives, and even exceeding them;
- You have an entrepreneurial approach and like new challenges as well as sharing your passion and marketing expertise with a dynamic team.
