QUALITY



As a federation of market research institutes, Febelmar associates companies, organisations and persons who all have market research as their core business.
Market research is a very specific form of knowledge-intensive services.
Our members are continually investing in new methods and techniques in terms of collecting, processing and analysing data in order to constantly strive to develop our competences and our knowledge of market research and marketing information.

The goal of the working group Quality is to inform about market research, its methods and techniques, its deontology.
Moreover the work group aims at transparency and openness in market research and in the communication of market research results. An open and consistent communication about subcontractors and the company or organisation who ordered the study, the researched population, the selected data collection method, the sampling, the sample size, the questionnaire and the analysis do not only benefit the quality of the research, but also promotes its credibility.
