Keystone Network is a leading market research agency that specialises in qualitative in-depth research, research into brands, their marketing mix and the coaching of innovation processes.
During in-depth interviews and focus groups with consumers or targets, we use tailor-made questioning methods and projective techniques.
Upon analysing and interpreting the results, we use models and theories from psychology, sociology, communication, ethnology and marketing.
We offer advice to Belgian, Dutch and international companies to assist them in making strategic marketing decisions. Our final objective is to help in optimising the relationship between brand and consumer/customer.
Our offices are located in Strombeek-Bever near the Atomium.

Job description:
As a qualitative market researcher, you will be involved in all the stages of the marketing and research process: understanding the consumer, determining a strategy, analysis of the brand, the innovation process, etc…
According to your level of experience, you will take more responsibilities in this process.
In the research trajectory, you will be working as from the briefing up to the presentation of the results. The planning of the research, the execution of the fieldwork, the analysis and the reporting are part of your function.
As project manager, you are being coached by an experienced research director.
Profile:
You are interested in the following areas:
- consumer psychology
- communication (advertising, media, electronic communication)
- the function of all elements in the marketing mix
- qualitative market research
You have:
- a first internship experience (a plus, not a necessity)
- good communication skills
- proficiency in Flemish and French and a good knowledge of English
- driver’s licence B
You are willing to work five or six evenings a month and you like teamwork.
