Position
You will be working closely with the sales project managers of TNS. In your team, specialised in Internet surveys, you are responsible for:
- The practical organisation and follow up of the online projects: Setting up the planning, forwarding questionnaires, following up and adjusting data collection, quality control etc.
- Reporting to internal customers (the sales project managers)
- Managing your own panels (both online and postal)
- Coordination with external partners for conducting international Internet/panel studies
Profile
- You have finished higher education, such as a BA or BSc in communications and marketing etc.
- You can work under pressure and have a practical, organisational talent
- You are customer-oriented in your internal and external communications
- You have proven in your previous job that you cooperate constructively with various teams
- You are fluent in English and Dutch
- You like working with figures and computers
- You are interested in the practical side of conducting market research
- You are fascinated by the online world and you keep up with trends
- Experience in a market research company or field experience as a surveyor would be a bonus.
