Market research agency Profacts, established in De Pinte, recently took over the activities and key staff of research agency ICMA Group from Waterloo.
Thanks to this acquisition and led by managing director Carine Vaeremans, the range of research solutions will be expanded. Next to their existing services, Profacts will be developing and supporting the unique ICMA models on customer performance, people performance, 3S employer branding and customer experience.
The key staff of ICMA Group will be joining the Profacts team. Next to the Ghent office, Profacts will also be active in Brussels, within a walking distance of Brussels South station.
