LAUNCH EVENT CUBE (Consumer Understanding Belgium)

Nowadays, the world of consumers is changing at a faster pace than ever before. This isn’t new and surprising for you, as you are a consumer as well. Yet, which technology is a hype -thus will vanish over time or become niche- and which one is here to stay and will most likely conquer the consumer’s world?

Together, we’ll discover which technologies are relevant business opportunities. By looking at 3 different technologies (VR/MR/AR, AI/Chatbots & Blockchain) from two different angles, Cube wants to demonstrate its focus on customer centricity.

A first angle will be from a consumer perspective: what is the resonance with consumers, will consumers embrace the technology, will they use it on a day-to-day basis, ... In a second instance, we’ll put on our research goggles: is there a purpose in market research, will it and how will it change the process of market research, what are potential gains/losses for being an early adopter vs. being late to the race …
