The federation is represented by its President and is managed by the Members of the Board, who are elected by the General Meeting for a period of 2 years. On a daily basis, Febelmar is managed by 7 people. They are all represented in the General Meeting of the members. The members of the Board have the executive rights, which are assigned by the General Meeting, for the administration and the management of the federation.
In cases which need an immediate action or opinion, the Members of the Board have the power to act in name of Febelmar as long as the President and at least two Board members agree on content, tonality and way of presenting the opinion. For all other cases which do no require an immediate action or opinion, the Members of the Board request a mandate at the General Meeting.
